Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with knee osteoarthrits which conform to diagnostic criteria. The one with high WOMAC scores will be observed if patients with osteoarthrits of both knees; 2) people with permanent-residence status in Beijing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Joint pain cause of other reasons; 2) Secondary osteoarthritis; 3) Serious internal medicine complications; 4) Can not complete inspection and follow-up; 5) Refusing to sign informed consent.
