Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with baby plans over the next three months, aged =18 years; Women with willing to have regular antenatal cares and delivery in 1st Hospital of China Medical University; Women who can cooperate with the long-term follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With history of using anti-fungal agents, antibiotics and corticosteroid agents on the skin in the last two weeks; With history of systematically used antibiotics, antifungal drugs, corticosteroid hormones, antihistamine drugs, estrogen, immunosuppressants, anti-androgen preparation and other therapeutic agents in last two months; Patients with Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, syphilis, tuberculosis, acute or chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, benign and malignant tumor, serious psychological and mental illness;Patients who cannot cooperate with the doctor effectively were excluded.
