Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NEC Group: Neonates with the risk factors of NEC, abdominal signs such as abdominal distension were initially included in the experimental group. Combined abdominal plain X rays and B type ultrasonography result with clinical manifestations, the children who diagnosed as NEC II-III period were ultimately as the experimental group. Control Group: Select gestational age, gestational age, age and antibiotic use and other information matching, no intestinal diseases and children with intestinal symptoms of non-NEC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with congenital intestinal malformations,such as congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation, primary intestinal perforation.
