Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnant 32-37 weeks of pregnant women; 2. natural conception; 3. singleton; 4. no obvious chromosomal abnormalities; 5. willing to participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is a clear genetic metabolic disease or high risk of chromosomal disease in fetus
