Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged <35 years; IVF/ICSI protocol or antagonist scheme; The PCOS patients were diagnosed according to the revised Rotterdam European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology/American Society for Reproductive Medicine Criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of other endocrine diseases, recurrent abortion, endometriosis and other infertility causes.
