Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clean middle urine in normal children with regular urine analysis; 2. Clean middle urine in children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. normal children with abnormal urine analysis; 2. PNS children who have used hormones, immunosuppressants, infections tumors,systemic diseases and hereditary diseases.
