Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75, no limitation in sex and national; 2. BMI < 40kg/m2; 3. Liver pathology shows FLD; 4. Abnormal ALT, but <5ULNs; 5. No alcohol drinking history or daily alcohol intake <20 g for males and 10 g for females; 6. Patients understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-exsit other acute or chronic liver diseases, such as viral hepatitis, hereditary hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease, alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, et al.; 2. Heart failure with grade II/III/IV; 3. Other organs failure, such as lung, liver, kidney, brain; 4. Dyscrasia; 5. Disuse-induced muscle atrophy 6. Disorder of gastrointestinal function such as absorption of disorder, malnutrition; 7. With heart pacemaker; 8. Non-controlled hypothyroidism; 9. HIV-Ag/Ab positive; 10. Alcoholic abuse or drug abuse; 11. Other malignancies, except early thyroid carcinoma; 12. Other conditions not suitable for this clinical research.
