18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old, male or female; 2. BMI 18-30kg/m2, right hand; 3. ASA grade I-II level, Mallampati grade I-II level; 4. Proposed neurosurgical glioma resection and non-neurosurgery Inpatient (normal brain) hospitalized patients; 5. Understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric disorders; 2. Drug dependence; 4. Cardiovascular disease, Cerebrovascular accident; 5. Expected to be difficult airway; 6. Drug allergy and pregnant lactation patients; 7. Nearly 3 months to participate in other clinical trials
