Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of sepsis: Blood culture or cerebrospinal fluid culture negative, but the clinical manifestations of infection and poisoning, and there are two or more indicators of sepsis screening; sepsis screening indicators: the clinical manifestations of sepsis, The total number of white blood cells, immature and total neutrophil ratio, platelet count, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of these 5, or blood samples of the pathogen antibody or DNA positive; Confirmed sepsis: Blood culture and / or cerebrospinal fluid culture positive, and the clinical manifestations of infection poisoning. Non-sepsis control group: the general state is good, blood culture and (or) cerebrospinal fluid culture negative, and the screening of indicators negative,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blood culture or cerebrospinal fluid culture was negative or positive, but no clinical manifestations of infection in children, the general condition is good, all screening indicators were negative, consider the specimen contamination.
