18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with T2D; 2. able to read, write, and speak Chinese; 3. Aged =18 years; 4. a score of the Chinese version of Mini-Mental State Examination (C-MMSE) > 24 (see Screeningbelow); 5. no other chronic physical or mental disorders; and 6. mentally competent to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they are pregnant, have been diagnosed with cancer or organ failure, refuse to participate in the proposed study, self-identified bilateral hearing loss, or cognitive impairment (inability to comprehend the informed consent).
