Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: selection criteria for APACG: 1. Presence of at least two of the following symptoms: ocular or periocular pain, headache,nauseavomiting, blurred vision; 2. corneal edema, ciliary injection, dilated pupil; 3. shallow anterior chamber; 4. intraocular pressure (IOP) of more than 40 mmHg (as measured by Goldmann applanation tonometry); 5. refractive power:-3.00D~+3.00D; 6. without a history of acute attack of APACG; 7. with the ability to finish fundus OCT and visual field examination. selection criteria for chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma: 1. closed anterior chamber angle; 2. the rise of IOP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: selection criteria for APACG: 1. Secondary angle-closure glaucoma; 2. with other fundi diseases meanwhile; 3. cant finish the ocular examinations. selection criteria for chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma: 1.
