Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-40 year-old woman at first pregnancy with full-term (more than 37weeksgestation) singleton infants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No informed consent, termination of pregnancy, children died younger than 6 years of age, blood specimen of pregnant women loss; lost follow-up
