Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. One side shoulder pain with activity restricted; 2. After three months of conservative treatment, the effect is not good; 3. The indications of the oroscope surgery; 4. Patients with rotator cuff disease confirmed by ultrasonography, MRI and shoulder arthroscopy; 5. No shoulder pain or any shoulder disease history in 6 months; 6. The patient can cooperate with the examination; 7. The patients volunteered to participate in this project; 8. All the patients agreed to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. bilateral shoulder pain with or without limited activity; 2. The dislocation and fracture history of the acromicular joint. 3. The history of shoulder tumor; 4. A history of radiotherapy for the shoulders; 5. Congenital abnormality of the shoulder joint; 6. The history of shoulder surgery; 7. The history of neck and shoulder joint disease other than shoulder sleeve disease; 8. The glenohumeral joint was unstable; 9. Nine patients with shoulder joint surgery contraindications; 10. There is an MRI examination of contraindications. 11. mental disease and alzheimer's disease can not fit the examination and treatment; 12. unwilling to accept the researchers.
