Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal gestational weeks are less than 13 weeks; 2. The local residents who have regular antenatal cares in the same hospital; 3. Maternal aged =18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The mothers who have one of the following diseases: diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, chronic kidney disease, tuberculosis, heart disease and mental illness. 2. Refused to participate; 3. Pregnant women who have communication barriers; 4. Those we did obtain their consent.
