40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with ALS according to the ALS diagnostic criteria proposed by the World Federation of neurology; (2) The clinical neurological examination or medical history showed that the disease had a tendency to develop; (3) Aged between 40 and 75 years; (4) All patients survived for more than 3 months; (5) Informed consent has been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain diseases and tumor, blood system diseases, unstable vital signs; (2) Clinical and electrophysiological signs explained by other neurological diseases confirmed by neuroimaging; (3) Diseases that need to be distinguished from ALS. Such as cervical spondylosis, spinal cord tumor and so on.
