18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient over 18 years old and under 65 years old; 2. elective gynecological surgery with general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Systemic immune diseases, hematological diseases (hematological neoplasms or leukaemia), transplant surgery, malignant tumor patients; Received chemotherapy within 6 months prior to admission; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, unexplained fever, severe pleural effusion, ascites and severe electrolyte disorders; 4. Patients with diabetes, ketoacidosis, hypertonic syndrome, long-term hypoglycemia, gout and other metabolic related diseases; 5. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; 6. Long-term use of opioids, opioid addiction and chronic pain patients; 7. End-stage liver function or renal failure; 8. Patients who refused to join the study.
