Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria conforms to MDD in DSM-5; 2. Aged between 18~65 years; 3. Hamd-17=17; 4. Dextromanuality.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other mental illnesses; 2. Serious suicidal tendencies; 3. Have used mood stabilizers,antipsychotic drugs, rTMS, ECT or other antidepressive treatments; 4. Obvious abnormality in laboratory examinations; 5. Do not cooperate with examinations or fail to complete examinations because of conscious disturbance or disorder of vision, audition, verbal expression and comprehension; 6. Primary brain tumor,metastatic brain tumor,cerebral trauma,multiple sclerosis or other serious somatic disease (including serious insufficiency of heart,lung,liver or kidney, shock,cancer or hematopathy,autoimmune disease); 7. Cerebral infarction or other vascular damages showed in T2 of MRI; 8. Cannot accept MRI because of pacemaker or metal material in body.
