Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. tubal infertility aged younger than 40 years; 2. regular menstrual cycles (21-35 days); 3. normal endocrine examination, nearly half a year to not taking hormone drugs; 4. to receive ivf/icsi ovarian stimulation cycles and cleavage stage embryo transplantation in 15 months; 5. informed consent.;Inclusion criteria: 1. tubal infertility aged younger than 40 years; 2. regular menstrual cycles (21-35 days); 3. normal endocrine examination, nearly half a year to not taking hormone drugs; 4. to receive ivf/icsi ovarian stimulation cycles and cleavage stage embryo transplantation in 15 months; 5. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the cycle cancellation women; 2. endometrial disease, endometriosis, ovulation disorders, chronic systemic diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, trophoblastic disease, and smoking and drinking; 3. Woman accepts PGD (PGD) aims to recept ovarian stimulation and ivf/icsi, who is not infertile but for prevention of genetic disease; 4. known congenital or acquired uterine deformity; 5. male reason caused infertility.;Exclusion criteria: 1. the cycle cancellation women; 2. endometrial disease, endometriosis, ovulation disorders, chronic systemic diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, trophoblastic disease, and smoking and drinking; 3.
