Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be confirmed Hp infected or uninfected patients: (1) Be Han-Chinese healthy adults, men and women between the ages of 18-60 years; (2) Patients with chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopic examination and biopsy pathology; (3) No anti-hp drugs, antibiotics and microecological preparations have been used in the past four weeks; (4) All the candidates have informed consent.;Inclusion criteria: Be confirmed Hp infected or uninfected patients: (1) Be Han-Chinese healthy adults, men and women between the ages of 18-60 years; (2) Patients with chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopic examination and biopsy pathology; (3) No anti-hp drugs, antibiotics and microecological preparations have been used in the past four weeks; (4) All the candidates have informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
