Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study include patients with first-ever isolated posterior circulation infarction. Diagnosis of all the patients depends on Cerebral CT or MRI. The control group consists healthy volunteers matched in age, gender and educational years. All the patients were evaluated within one month after the stroke. Exclusion criteria
