Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the WHO diabetes expert committee formulated diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus; 2. after admission by mydriatic fundus angiography (FFA) examination, diagnostic criteria in line with the family of unified national society of Ophthalmology of diabetic retinopathy; 3. 6.5%<HbA1c<10%; 4. Aged 20-75 years old.;Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the WHO diabetes expert committee formulated diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus; 2. after admission by mydriatic fundus angiography (FFA) examination, diagnostic criteria in line with the family of unified national society of Ophthalmology of diabetic retinopathy; 3. 6.5%<HbA1c<10%; 4. Aged 20-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. renal insufficiency (ALT is greater than or equal to the normal limit of 3 times; 3. GFR<60ml/min/1.73m2; hyperlipidemia; 4. severe cerebrovascular disease; 5. malignant tumor; 6. MDS, leukemia, lymphoma and other hematological diseases; 7. RA, SLE and other rheumatic diseases; other fundus diseases; 8. macular edema; 9. oral DPP IV inhibitors; 10. statins; 11. acute and chronic infection;Exclusion criteria: 1.
