Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects will be enrolled in the study if they met one of the following criteria: 1) adult moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI >=15 events/h); 2) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.;Inclusion criteria: The subjects will be enrolled in the study if they met one of the following criteria: 1) adult moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI >=15 events/h); 2) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The subjects will be excluded if they met one of the following criteria: 1) mild obstructive sleep apnea; 2) central or mixed sleep apnea; 3) nocturnal hypoxia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4) Be allery or suffering severe adverse event to theophylline.;Exclusion criteria: The subjects will be excluded if they met one of the following criteria: 1) mild obstructive sleep apnea; 2) central or mixed sleep apnea; 3) nocturnal hypoxia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4) Be allery or suffering severe adverse event to theophylline.
