Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previously untreated MDS diagnosed by the diagnostic criteria of WHO (version 2008); patients who have been excluded for hematologic disease but who need bone marrow puncture to assist in the diagnosis of the disease (no blood system abnormalities but need for bone marrow aspiration to exclude other causes or there 1 or 2 lineage of blood abnormalities but exclude the primary disease of the blood system of patients), as the control group of patients; 2. patients agreed to accept the doctor in charge of bone marrow puncture according to examination and has signed the informed consent, and agreed to participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent of the trial involved; 3. aged 18-61 years old; 4. male or female; 5. AST, ALT, BUN, Cr do not exceed the normal double; 6. non-hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases in the active period.;Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non-MDS or MDS turned leukemia patients; 2. combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other patients leading to the patient can not cooperate with bone marrow puncture; 3. the bone marrow puncture site has infected skin lesions.;Exclusion criteria: 1. non-MDS or MDS turned leukemia patients; 2. combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other patients leading to the patient can not cooperate with bone marrow puncture; 3. the bone marrow puncture site has infected skin lesions.
