Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) type 2 diabetes mellitus; (2) mydriasis fundus examination found that the macular area was significantly elevated; the macular foveal thickness (CMT) greater than 250 gm was diagnosed as DME by OCT in the macular fovea; (3) The best corrected visual acuity In 20/30 recommended anti-VEGF drug treatmen; (4) did not have any fundus treatment; (5) no retinal vein occlusion, glaucoma and other medical history; (6) Good general condition.;Inclusion criteria: (1) type 2 diabetes mellitus; (2) mydriasis fundus examination found that the macular area was significantly elevated; the macular foveal thickness (CMT) greater than 250 gm was diagnosed as DME by OCT in the macular fovea; (3) The best corrected visual acuity In 20/30 recommended anti-VEGF drug treatmen; (4) did not have any fundus treatment; (5) no retinal vein occlusion, glaucoma and other medical history; (6) Good general condition.

Exclusion criteria
