Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis includes a description of the local findings: 1. Position, shape and width of the orifice; 2. Presence of atretic urethra and division of corpus spongiosum; 3. Appearance of the preputial hood and scrotum; 4. Size of the penis; 5. Curvature of the penis on erection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To combine other serious diseases with liver and kidney dysfunction; Combined with other diseases or organ malformations, such as cryptorchidism, anal atresia, and renal dysplasia; The guardian does not wish to have informed consent.
