Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the diagnostic criteria (2001 Canadian Edmund, the international union of rheumatism association JIA standard; diagnosis of children with JIA. (2) between 0 and 16 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. this standard applies to all types of JIA. The possible exception of each type is as follows: (1) Psoriasis or first-degree relatives of psoriasis; (2) The male has developed arthritis of the age of 6 years old, HL ~ -b27 positive; (3) Ankylosing spondylitis, inflammation of the tendon, inflammatory bowel disease, Reiter's syndrome, acute anterior pigmentosa, or first-degree relatives of any of these diseases; (4) The rheumatoid factor IgM was positive for 2 times over 3 months; (5) Patients have full-body JLA performance; 2. patients with acute and chronic infection (including tuberculosis infection), tumor, cardiac dysfunction and other chronic diseases; 3. refusal to sign the informed consent book. 4. according to the researchers' judgment, other cases are liable to be misvisited.
