Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Control group: according to the level of serum uric acid <360, 360-420umol/l, divided into two groups; Hyperuricemia group: according to the level of uric acid 420-480umol/l, 480-540umol/l and 540µmol/l above were divided into 3 groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nail sites suffering from fungal infection or other diseases that affect the normal state of nails. 2. any other diseases that can affect the blood uric acid test. 3. hyperuricemia patients who did not start any uric acid therapy.
