Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to ROP international diagnostic criteria, infants are diagnosed as retinopathy of prematurity by our hospital specialists, and in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of the disease and follow-up; (2) severe retinopathy of prematurity refers to high-risk pre-threshold ,threshold, and retinal partial or fully detachment cases, including any lesions in zone 1 with plus, zone 1 stage 3, zone 2 stage 2 + plus , zone 2 stage 3 + plus, stage 4a, stage 4b, stage 5); (3) between 0 and corrected gestational age of 55 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with other serious eye diseases such as congenital cataract, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, retinitis pigmentosa, LEBER congenital amaurosis; (2) the guardian does not want to sign the informed consent; (3) do not want or can not regularly carry out the follow-up.
