Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the clinical observation, we will admitte to a new arrhythmia patient with three wards in the hospital of severe medicine in the affiliated hospital of guizhou medical university (includes the occurrence of various new arrhythmias: atrial fibrillation, ventricular, ventricular, conduction block, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia); 2. Aged 18 years old or more; 3. The type of arrhythmia that has not occurred before in ICU (It is based on the diagnosis of ECG before in ICU).;Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had been diagnosed with arrhythmia were clearly diagnosed prior to the ICU, and there is no new type of arrhythmia in the ICU; 2. The cardiac arrhythmia that occurred during the ICU period was the same as that of patients who had previous arrhythmias;Exclusion criteria: 1.
