Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Reflux esophagitis group: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years old; 2. GERD related symptoms, oesophagogastroduodenoscopy shows reflux esophagitis without peptic ulcer; 3. No severe systemic diseases; 4. Besides the third molars, individuals bear 20 teeth at least. Gastric/duodenal ulcer group: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years old; 2. Peptic ulcer related symptoms without GERD related symptoms, oesophagogastroduodenoscopy shows peptic ulcer without reflux esophagitis; 3. No severe systemic diseases; 4. Besides the third molars, individuals bear 20 teeth at least. Control group: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years old; 2. No peptic ulcer related symptoms or GERD related symptoms, oesophagogastroduodenoscopy do not show peptic ulcer or reflux esophagitis; 3. No severe systemic diseases; 4.
