Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were older than 65 years old, ASA grade I - III grade, for the surgical treatment of hip fracture patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puncture site infection, multiple fractures, history of alcohol abuse, history of drug abuse, history of mental disorders, communication disorders, can not cooperate with experimenters
