Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia meets the international diagnostic criteria proposed by Bruno in 2004: Induced by the sudden movements; attacks with brief duration(<1 minutes); without loss of consciousness during attacks;onset age is 1-20 years old (it may be applied less stringently in those with family history); antiepileptic drug responsiveness; exclusion of other organic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with abnormalities in neurological or electrophysiological examinations, other CNS or endocrine disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism and so on.
