Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with fracture of orthopaedic wards in the central hospital of gansu province and willing to undergo surgical treatment; 2. fresh fracture and without any surgical treatment outside the hospital; 3. aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. agree to participate in the investigation of post-operative incision healing and voluntarily to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. aged under 18 or over 70 years old; 2. other methods of treatment have been received, which may affect the observer or compliance of the effects of this study; 3. lower limb edema caused by deep vein thrombosis, filariasis and hypoalbuminemia combined with lower limbs; 4. the fracture and injury of important nerves, blood vessels and ligaments of the same limb; 5. pathological fracture or other metabolic, internal secretory osteopathy; 6. combined with severe primary diseases such as severe cardiac kidney and hematopoietic system, the whole body is inferior to the mentally ill; 7. unwilling or unable to participate in this investigation.
