Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to diagnostic criteria of depression, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia in the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (fifth edition) (DSM - 5); 2. Patients with acute episode within 1 week; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years male and female; 4. Subjects are informed, voluntary signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hypertension; cardiovascular disease; diabetes mellitus; obesity; liver cirrhosis;fatty liver disease; irritable bowel syndrome; inflammatory bowel disease; asthme; drug or alcohol abuse in the last year; pregnant or lactating women use of antibiotics,probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics in two months before collection of the fecal sample.
