Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid cancer operate in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital and their immediate family members within three generations; 2. Patients without chemotherapy before chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Patients without other tumor history; 4. Patients with no mental retardation or severe mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without thyroid cancer family history; 2. Patients had chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery; 3. Patients have other tumor history.
