Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with diagnostic criteria for ASD patients in the fifth edition of the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders in the United States; 2. Aged 6-16 years old and with an IQ greater than 70; 3. the guardian agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a definite history of brain trauma; 2. had a history of nervous system diseases and severe somatic diseases; 3. took nerve or psychotropic drugs
