Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group (150 cases): 1. Female patients with primary or secondary infertility and undergoing assisted reproductive technology; 2. Between 20 and 40 years of age; 3. Ovarian reserve dysfunction: (1) Basal follicle stimulating hormone levels(FSH) =10mIU/L; (2) Basic estradiol (E2 = 80pg/ml) and the number of antral follicles on both sides (antral follicle count, AFC)=5; (3) Anti Mullerian hormone (AMH) =1.1 ng/ml; Any one of the above three is comply with; The control group (150 cases): 1. Female patients with primary or secondary infertility and undergoing assisted reproductive technology; 2. Between 20 and 40 years of age; 3. The ovarian reserve function is normal: (1) AMH>2.0ng/ml; (2) Basic FSH5; The above three is comply with at the same time; 4. BMI normal; 5. No smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis; 2. Polycystic ovary syndrome; 3. Congenital uterine malformation (include double uterus, septate uterus, single horn uterus, etc); 4. Immune disease; 5. Chromosomal abnormality; 6. After ovarian surgery.
