Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients in ICU; 2. The diagnosis with AGI; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot get faeces within 24-48h in ICU; 2. The pregnant or lactating subjects; 3. giving up treatmen.
