Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for longevity population: 1. Long-lived individuals confers to those who aged more than 90 years old (male or female) and healthy. None of them had cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; 2. To estabolish residency in local place for at least one year. Inclusion criteria for controls: 1. For those aged 60-80 yrs (male or female) and had no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; 2. To estabolish residency in local place for at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exculusion criteria for longevity population: For those less than 90 yrs; or having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; or estabolishing residency in local place less than one year. Exculusion criteria for controls: For those aged less than 60 yrs; or having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; or estabolishing residency in local place less than one year.
