Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult volunteers who aged below 80 years, is not experiencing any skin diseases, taking immunosuppressant or steroids within the latest four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy adult volunteers who aged above 80 years or experiencing any skin diseases, taking immunosuppressant or steroids within the latest four weeks were excluded. Knowledge or suspicion of an existing allergy was neither an inclusion nor an exclusion criteria.
