Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Breast cancer patients who succcessfuly completed breast conserving surgery (BCS) or mastectomy in Hebei Breast Care Center affilated with The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from medical records; (2) From Jan. 1, 2010 to Dec. 31, 2017, any new relapse or metastasis of breast cancer under the cateogory of the 'suspicious' or 'to be excluded' by any imaging (ultrasound, molybdenum target, CT, MRI, bone scan); (3) Had pathological report for breast cancer relapse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) de novo stage IV breast cancer at first admission; (2) bilateral breast cancer.
