6 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 6-14 years, ASA 1 or 2; 2. sheduled for elective procedure receiving ear reconstruction and Implantation of mandibular distracter under general anesthesia by endotracheal intubation; 3. Obtained informed consent of patient or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor of the upper respiratory tract or adjacent area; 2. Abnormal neck mobility; 3. Deformities or defects of the oral and maxillofacial region caused by trauma, infection and tumor; 4. Mirocstomia or mento-sternal adhesion caused by burns; 5. Anatomical abnormalities of airway caused by operation or radiotherapy; 6. Ankylosis of temporo-mandibular joint.
