Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA OF APACG: Patients with acute elevated intraocular pressure history because of primary closure of anterior chamber angle which are now in remission stage or chronic stage, and with or without optic disc damage and visual field damage because of glaucoma. INCLUSION CRITERIA OF CPACG: Patients with the ocular anatomy structure of primary closed - Angle glaucomameanwhile absence of ischemic damage signs in ocular anterior segment caused by acute elevated intraocular pressureand with long-term intraocular pressure > 21mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133 KPa)and with optic disc damage and visual field damage because of glaucomaand with unstable intraocular pressure result in the progression of visual field defect within IOP-lowering medication. INCLUSION CRITERIA OF POAG: Patients with long-term intraocular pressure > 21mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133 KPa)and with optic disc damage and visual field damage because of glaucomaand with open anterior chamber angleand with unstable intraocular pressure result in the progression of visual field defect within IOP-lowering medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic history that blood glucose level is not stable, or with long-term use of corneal contact lens history, or with ocular trauma or corneal disease history, or with eye surgery history, or with other systemic history that may affect corneal biomechanics
