Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal subjects: 20-50 years old, normal physical examinations, no osteoporosis (BMD>-1SD, no fragility fractures), body mass index 18-25kg/m2; 2. Primary osteoporosis patients: 50-90 years old, women need to be absent of menses for more than 1 year, both sexes should meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis (BMD<-2.5SD, or fragility fractures), body mass index 18-30kg/m2; 3. The subjects sign the informed consents in person, which shows that the subjects hsve been informed of all the research related content; 4. Subjects are willing and able to comply with research visits, laboratory tests, and other research procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoporosis or other diseases which affect bone metabolism, such as hypercalcemia or hypocalcemia, hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, osteogenesis imperfecta, malignant tumor, peptic ulcer, esophageal reflux disease, Paget's disease, kidney or liver damage (creatinine clearance rate <80ml/min); 2. Patients who are using drugs that affect bone metabolism such as epinephrine or anabolic steroids, heparin, anticonvulsants; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases involved in cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, endocrine and hematopoietic systems; patients who are suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders; 4. Patients who are using aluminum antacid drugs, warfarin or receiving thrombolytic treatment; 5. Patients who are addicted to alcohol or using psychoactive drugs, abusing drug or developing drug dependence; 6. Patients the researchers believe should not participate in the test; 7. Patients participated in other clinical trials in the last one month.
