Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. high school and above educational level, with Chinese as the mother tongue; 3. have sufficient audiovisual level to complete the necessary inspection; 4. 7 days before enrollment did not take any psychotropic drugs, anticholinergic drugs and ß-blockers; 5. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score = 11 points, 17 items Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-17) score = 17 points; 6. before entering the group signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who have serious or unstable physical illness within 3 months; 2. arrhythmia: including persistent atrial or ventricular premature beats, atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. poor compliance; 5. Who is currently in line with criteria for the diagnosis of other severe mental disorders; 6. HAMD-17 Project 3 (suicide) = 3 points, or have the risk of suicide and self-injury patients.
