Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-89 years old; 2. be able to walk naturally at least 6 meters long, and climb stairs with 4 steps at least. The range of motion in each joint is normal; 3. Normal foot arch (foot printing FA-arch type: type II, III, IV and V); 4. Volunteered to participate in the test and sign an informed consent letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with any skeleton and/or muscle disease that affect normal gait. 2. pathological gait due to posture problems. 3. serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. 4. mental disorderes. 5. pregnant and lactating women. 6. associate with other diseases that contraindicated to exercise. 7. Body mass index is less than 18.5 or greater than or equal to 24. 8. flat foot or high arch foot (foot printing FA-arch type: I type, VI type, VII type, VIII type, IX type). 9. female Q angle is less than 12°or greater than 18°, male Q angle is less than 10°or greater than 15°. 10. the difference between the length of the lower limbs is greater than 2cm.
