25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. oligo/anovulation; 2. clinical and/or biochemical hyperandrogenism; 3. and polycystic ovaries (>12 follicles measuring 2–9mm in diameter or ovarian volume > 10 ml in at least one ovary).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with endocrine disorders other than PCOS were excluded. None of the participants had taken hormonal contraceptives for at least 3 months before entering the study.
