Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: (1) voluntarily participate in this trial and signed informed consent; (2) preterm infants; (3) feeding intolerance was diagnosed by a professional scale. Control group: (1) voluntarily participate in this trial and signed informed consent; (2) preterm infants; (3) developed normally without feeding intolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious diarrhea or systemic inflammatory reaction; 2. Crohn's disease, IBD (inflammatory bowel disease); 3. suffered from congenital gastrointestinal anomalies or necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC); 4. received abdominal surgery operation.
