Primary dysmenorrhea group:acupunture for three months
Control group (without dysmenorrhea symptoms):acupunture for one month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary dysmenorrhea group inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea; 2. female college students age between 18 and 30 years old; 3. with regular menstrual cycle, (28 +/- 3) days; 4. do not take analgesics, sedatives and hormonal medications within 2 weeks of the test; 5. all subjects have signed informed consent forms. Control group inclusion criteria: 1. no symptoms of dysmenorrhea; 2. female college students age between 18 and 30 years old; 3. with regular menstrual cycle of (28 ± 3) days; 4. do not take analgesics, sedatives and hormonal medications within 2 weeks of the test; 5. test starts on the twenty-eighth day of menstruation; 6. all subjects have signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary dysmenorrhea; 2. irregular menstrual cycle; 3. pregnancy; 4. combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental illness, patients with other diseases and is not suitable for acupuncture; 5. there is scar or ulcer on the skin of the acupoints, which is not suitable for electrical signal acquisition.
