Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between 15 and 60 years old who were diagnosed with nodular goiter by ultrasoud were included and were followed up for 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of thyroid surgery; 2. With tracheal stenosis or deformation caused by tumor compression; 3. Ultrasound suspects malignant; 4. Presence of hyperthyroidisme secondaire; 5. Show up as substemal struma;
